Dr. Marsha Kubica is a native of Omaha and an alumnus of Burke High School and Kearney State College. She is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and returned home to Omaha to practice optometry. Dr. Kubica has been the owner of Omaha Primary Eye Care since 1998.
Dr. Kubica is passionate about taking care of her patient’s eye care needs. She will provide you options of the latest vision correction options, including contact lenses, refractive surgery, appropriate eye wear. She also focuses on the health of your eyes and the treatment and prevention of eye diseases.
Dr. Kubica is a member of The Nebraska Optometric Association and The American Optometric Association, Sports Vision Section and Contact Lens Section. Marsha is involved in the community through Rotary Club, The Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Millard North Booster organization, member of the PTO and Bethany Lutheran Church.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kubica enjoys spending time with her 3 college aged children. She enjoys traveling and attending sports and music events. Dr Kubica is a big Husker fan, despite the fact 2 of her children attended the University of Kansas and one the University of Iowa. She also considers herself a better-than-average photographer and spends a lot of time training her Yellow Lab Dexter.
Dr. Corey Langford started wearing glasses in first grade after his mother noticed him closing one eye to read – a common coping mechanism for kids with double vision. Many trips to the optometrist throughout his life led Dr. Langford to pursue a career in the field after graduating from Beatrice High School and earning a degree in chemistry from The University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Dr. Langford graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. After graduation, Dr. Langford completed an optional year of training with ophthalmologic specialists in Philadelphia.
Corey and his wife moved to Omaha in 2002 and took over Graves Vision Clinic, which became Omaha Eye Care. In 2008 Dr. Langford merged his practice with Omaha Primary Eye Care. Dr. Langford is heavily involved in The Nebraska Optometric Association. He was awarded the 2009 Nebraska Young Optometrist of the Year and served as the association’s president in 2012. Dr. Langford continues to stay actively involved on the legislative side of Nebraska optometry with the goal of improving access to full scope optometric care for all Nebraskans.
Dr. Langford spends the majority of his free-time with his wife and 4 children. Corey is also a member of the leadership team of Band of Brothers, a men’s ministry founded at King of King’s Lutheran Church. His hobbies include hiking 14s (fourteen thousand foot mountains) and cheering on his beloved Chicago Cubs.
Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Omaha, where she attended St. Wenceslaus Catholic School and Marian High School. She attended Creighton University where she received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2011. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Optometry with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2015. After graduating from optometry school, she practiced in Maine, before moving back home to Omaha and joined Omaha Primary Eye Care in 2017.
Dr Johnson focuses on comprehensive eye exams, ocular disease and fitting specialty contact lenses. She enjoys the challenge of fitting the specialty contact lenses and has had advanced training by some of the best contact lens specialists in the country. Dr Johnson is a member of the Nebraska Optometric Association (NOA) and is a graduate of the NOA leadership institute.
When Dr. Johnson is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, daughter and goldendoodle, trying new restaurants, traveling and cheering on Creighton University athletics.
Mark has been Controller/Office Manager since 2003. He has over 25 years of corporate experience which has provided him a strong background in finance and business management. He is responsible for Human Resource, Finance and Accounting as well as Operations.
Mark was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and is a Chicago sports fan. His high School Lane Technical was right down Addison Street from Wrigley Field. Mark and his wife, Dr. Marsha Kubica have three children, two college aged attending the University of Kansas and the University of Iowa and one University of Kansas Alum.
In his Free time Mark enjoys bicycling and has volunteered and supported Rails to Trails. Mark also enjoys traveling to college football games with his son and spending time with his wife and daughters. The family has two dogs Dexter a yellow lab and Sheldon a Cavachon.
Becky joined our staff December 2016 as Front Desk Receptionist.
She has over 20 years customer service experience and enjoys working with people.
She is originally from South Dakota and moved to Omaha in 2005. In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycle with her husband and plans on getting her own motorcycle license. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Rachal joined our team in December 2016.
She has over 10 years of customer service experience and received her CPO in November 2017.
Rachal is recently married with a blended family of 4 boys and a cat. She is involved with her church and is also part of the worship team. When not working, Rachal enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and playing music.
Tina joined Omaha Primary Eye Care in 2014 as an Optician. She has over 18 years of experience in the Optical field and has been ABO certified since 2002 and received her CPO November 2018.
Tina is married with one daughter. She loves spending time with her family which also includes her two dogs, a yorkie and German shepherd. Tina enjoys scrapbooking, going to the zoo and anything Disney.

Katie joined OPEC in March 2019, new to the optical world. Katie has 11 years of experience in the customer service industry. Katie is originally from Canada but has lived in the United States for the past 5years. Katie enjoys travelling, music events and going on adventures with her husband and two huskies.
Erica has been working in health care for the past three years and joined our team in April 2017. She received her CPO November 2018.
Erica is originally from Seattle, Washington and loves spending time with family and friends. One of her favorite past times is exploring Fontenelle Forest.
Mariane recently joined the team March 2019. She has been working in the optical field for six years. She enjoys photography and traveling in her free time. She loves exploring local restaurants with friends and family.
Stacie joined Omaha Primary Eyecare in September 2018. She has worked in healthcare for over 10 years but is fairly new to eye care with 4 years of experience. She loves the eye care industry and focuses on providing professional and personalized care to each of our patients. She’s currently working on her CPO certification to further her knowledge in the field. When not at work, Stacie enjoys spending time with her two children, Carter and Victoria.
Traci is originally from small-town Iowa and joined our team in October 2017. She has worked in healthcare for the majority of her career and received her CPO in November 2018.
Traci enjoys the outdoors - hiking, running, and biking with friends. She is involved with church and loves animals. Anytime there is an opportunity, Traci also loves traveling to the ocean.

Gina joined the Omaha Primary Eyecare team in October 2018. She has experience as an optician and as an optometric technician and has worked in the eye care industry for 3 years and is proficient in all areas of our office. Gina is expanding her knowledge and is working on getting certified as Paraoptometric Technician. She is also an avid photographer and very creative. Gina dedicated to making sure your experience here at Omaha Primary Eyecare is second to none! Merry Christmas to all!
Natalie has been working in the health care field for the last 24 years and joined our team in Jan 2019. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books and cooking/baking.
